Pueblo Arts Week is a collection of arts events - most of them free to attend - taking place in Pueblo during the first week of April. Actually, there is so much going on, we couldn't limit it to just a single week!
Pueblo Arts Week is a part of Primavera Pueblo - a Spring celebration of Pueblo’s vibrant spirit that also includes the Steel City Music Showcase and the Pueblo Film Fest.

The "Show Us Your Pueblo" K-12 Art Exhibition is an exciting opportunity for Pueblo County students, from Kindergarten through 12th grade, to showcase their artistic talent and creativity.
Note: the portion of the exhibition originally planned for the Welcome Center is now in the Makerspace at the Rawlings Library.

Food trucks of all varieties are open to the public in the southwest corner of Mineral Palace Park close to Parkview Hospital. Come on down for a delicious and reasonably-priced meal with options for the whole family!

Pueblo’s First Friday Art Walk provides more than paintings, photography, fiber arts, sculpture, glass and pottery. Many galleries and shops have special demonstrations of “live art activities.” There will be newly hung shows, refreshments, live music and entertainment. Visitors can create their own free walking art tour of a variety of locations by starting at one gallery, picking up a Creative Corridor Explorer’s Guide, and traveling on to another destination after mingling with the artists. The free guide is available in galleries and participating businesses and includes a plan of activities and a map.

On behalf of the Creative Consortium of Pueblo, we are proud to introduce the "Art Market Exchange"! We will be popping up around various locations in Pueblo throughout the year. These events provide an opportunity for local artists to sell their wares, as well as engage with our community. We will feature fresh and familiar artists at each event.

The Abriendo Inn welcomes Spring with a special showcase of Art & Music. View live painting by Miranda Celene and listen to the music of Smythe & Taylor in tribute to John Hawtree who just a few days ago had a severe heart attack. Ticket includes heavy hors doeuvres. Drinks available for purchase at our new indoor "Bentley Bar".

Come join the Urban Sketchers of Pueblo as we draw and paint along the Riverwalk! Bring your own supplies if you'd like to join in, or just wander around and enjoy the art!
Urban Sketchers of Pueblo Colorado is a free community drawing group with the mission of supporting Pueblo's vibrant artistic and social community through weekly drawing from life sessions within Pueblo. All ages and abilities are welcome. Our mission is to raise the artistic, storytelling and educational value of on-location drawing, promoting it’s practice and connecting people around the world to draw on location where they live and travel.

Pueblo Levee Muralists will be leading two Levee Tours along the Arkansas River. We will offer tours from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. Book your spot for either tour at the link below. Tickets will be $5 per person and required for admission.
There will be a shuttle at 10am and noon at the front door of the Marriot transporting anyone attending the tours at Pillars Park at the levee location. For more information, contact us at [email protected]
